Ok, I’m back up and running again. We had our once every five year rain and lightning storm last week. Everything was unplugged except the cable modem. Oops, one large spike and the wireless router is now a paperweight. The cable from the router to the computer was similarly fried, but in the weird and wild world of electronics the modem and the computer were spared. Not that I’m complaining but its weird that the modem wasn’t trashed also.

On another note I’ll be out of town for the next week. Since both computers were in the shop all week I won’t get a couple stories I have been working on posted until I return.
